Agreement of CCS & HERO - Hellenic Educational Robotics Organization

The Cyprus Computer Society, as part of its strategy to collaborate with other organizations to promote educational robotics, is excited to announce its collaboration with HERO - Hellenic Educational Robotics Organization. The cooperation agreement covers the eligibility of CCS to enter the challenges offered in the MRC - Minoan Robotics Competition organized by HERO at the Robotex Cyprus event.

For the Robotex Cyprus 2024 edition, the Rally, Drones, Shooting and Archery challenges will be presented giving Cypriot teams the opportunity to innovate in these exciting challenges. The winners of these challenges will have the opportunity to participate in the MRC 2025 edition held every year in Heraklion, Crete.

Representatives from the Scientific Committee of Robotex Cyprus will attend the MRC 2024 event on 26-29 April to observe the proceedings of the four challenges and gain experience needed for our local event as referees. It is also expected that teams from Cyprus will participate in the event.
